Hi, My Name Is Jason Senior,
I’ve been a personal trainer since 2011. Since then I have acquired 3 certifications: Personal Trainer, Fitness Nutrition Coach, and Youth Fitness Trainer. Even though I’ve been certified for 11 years I’ve been into the fitness lifestyle for as long as I can remember. Playing basketball and running track for CUNY schools along with my certifications gives me a well-rounded understanding of fitness that has enabled me to help myself and others embrace the fitness lifestyle. Since childhood, I was told by my parents and grandparents that my life’s mission was to help people but nobody was sure how. Just over a decade ago it became clear that it would be by becoming a personal trainer. The moment I became aware of how vastly structured fitness and nutrition can enhance the overall quality of my life, I then felt inspired and compelled to share this with others. From that moment on I’ve been doing just that.
My approach
Fitting regular exercise into a busy schedule can be quite the challenge. On top of that, there’s structured nutrition which can be time and thought-consuming. Without compromising your safety, goals, or effectiveness, I make both as doable and simple as they can be.
